If you find that you struggle with any of these concerns, our DBT Skills group may be just the right fit. These groups are typically offered on Saturdays and run for a 26-week period. This group is beneficial for anyone with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder but is often helpful for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other concerns.
